This unit usually rents for $1,800 per month, but if you sign a 5 year lease right now you can lock in your rate at a discounted $1,699 per month. That's an additional savings of $1,200 a year, or $6,000 over the life of the lease. We are also offering a 4 year lease at $1,724 per month saving $900 per year or $3,600 for the entire lease. You can get a 3 year lease at a discounted rate of $1,749 per month a savings of $600 a year or $1,800 savings over the life of the lease, You can choose to go with a 2 year lease and get a rental rate of $1,880. per month. You can choose a 1 year lease for a rental rate of $2,175 per month. We are offering a 6 month lease for a rental rate of $2,520 per month. Tenant is responsible for a 1 time fee of $100 which pays for jurisdictional required fire inspection and occupancy inspection and permits. Tenant is also responsible for all utilities including sewer, which we will pay monthly and collect from the tenant every month.
