R-L Properties is Now Accepting ACH Rent Payments
Please read the information below for more information.
ACH Payments or Automatic Clearing House Payments will allow us to link to your bank account and withdraw rent automatically at the beginning of each month. If you wish to use this feature then please fill out the form below and mail it or fax it back to us as soon as possible. If we get your ACH form back at least 5 business days before the end of the month then the first ACH rent withdraw can be for next months rent. If we get your ACH form back after with less than 5 business days left in the month then we will start using it for your rent the month after next. For example if we get your form back on Monday March 25 then we will set up ACH for April's rent, but if we do not get the form until Thursday March 28 then we will set up ACH for May's rent and you will still have to pay April's rent using another method.

Below you can find a few facts about ACH and how we will use it.
- Rent will be deducted through ACH on the 1st of each month. Withdraws will take place automatically and there will be no notice prior to withdraw.
- If the 1st falls on a Weekend or Federal Holiday then the withdraw will take place the next business day. (If the 1st is a Saturday then the withdraw will take place on Monday the 3rd)
- You are only agreeing to allow us to deduct rent charges each month. Any other charges such as service calls, late fees, or other miscellaneous fees will require us to obtain individual approval and will be run as a separate withdraw.
- Increases in rent such as sewer increases, addition of a pet, or the like will also require your approval.
- If you will not have the funds available in your account on the 1st of the month you must notify us no less than 3 business days prior to the 1st, so that we do not attempt to debit your account.
- Failure to have adequate funds and to properly notify us prior to the withdraw can result in fees from your own bank, as well as any R-L Properties late fees that may be charges as a result of a late rent payment.
- There are no additional costs to you, the tenant. You will save on time, postage, checks, and potentially late fees.
