Once you have submitted the application we need you to look for an email from the American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA) asking you to confirm your identity and to release your credit report to us. You must complete this request in order for us to begin the next steps in evaluating your application.

- For proof of employment please provide pay stubs from at least the last six (6) pay periods. Preferably you can provide us one pay stub from the beginning of each month so that we have the most complete information possible.
- For bank account verification please provide your last six (6) months bank statements. (Please cross off or otherwise remove all bank account numbers prior to submitting them)

If you did not pay the application fee after submitting the application form please use the button below to pay. The fee is $78 per person over 18 who will be living at the property. You can make one payment per person or you can choose to pay all fees on one invoice. We cannot start evaluating your application until we have received everyone's payments.
