WITH OUR SPRING FORWARD SPECIAL when you sign a 5 year lease you can lock in your rate at a discounted $2,999 per month. That's a savings of $3,600 a year, or $18,000 over the life of the lease. We are also offering a 4 year lease at $3,049 per month saving $3,000 per year or $12,000 for the entire lease. You can get a 3 year lease at a discounted rate of $3,099 per month a savings of $2,400 a year or $7,200 savings over the life of the lease. There is a $3,099 Security Deposit.
Applicants must have a credit score of at least 650. There is also a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18. Pet lovers will appreciate the fact that we allow animals in our property for an additional $25 a month per animal and an additional one time $250 pet fee, some pet restrictions do apply. It is important to notify us in advance if you are going to have pets on the property, as we do enforce our leases. Tenant is responsible for a 1 time fee of $100 which pays for jurisdictional required fire inspection and occupancy inspection and permits. Tenant is also responsible for all utilities including sewer, which we will pay monthly and collect from the tenant every month.
