BARGIN BASEMENT PRICE DROP 09/07/2022 3:00 PM On the current special this unit rents for $2,199 per month, but when you sign a 5 year lease you can lock in your rate at a discounted $2,099 per month. That's a savings of $1,200 a year, or $6,000 over the life of the lease. We are also offering a 4 year lease at $2,124 per month saving $900 per year or $3,600 for the entire lease. Or you can get a 3 year lease at a discounted rate of $2,149 per month a savings of $600 a year or $1,800 savings over the life of the lease. There is a $2,199 security deposit for leases 3 years and longer. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 625. There is also a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18. Pet lovers will appreciate the fact that we allow animals in our property for an additional $25 a month per animal and an additional $250 one time pet fee.
